95bd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

By creating a 95bd account or accessing any part of the 95bd platform, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; (c) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. 95bd reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify compliance with these eligibility conditions.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 95bd platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein. If you already hold a 95bd account and have lost access to it, contact support to recover your existing account rather than registering a new one.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 95bd login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. 95bd will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. KYC Verification

Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 95bd may have their account suspended and withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. While 95bd takes reasonable steps to maintain platform security and availability, access may occasionally be disrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside 95bd's control. 95bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 95bd operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to 95bd's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
